Q:

Why do you think Sullivan Dentistry has such potential to grow?

A:

We have a tremendous team. I have invested in them a lot. They know and appreciate this. I also empower our team to make decisions on their own. With an empowered team I feel that our potential for growth is substantial.

Q:

What qualities are you seeking in new team members?

A:

Hardworking and coachable. If an individual has these two qualities, then in most cases we can teach them to do almost anything. We work very hard to screen new employees in an attempt to keep the wrong people out of our office and we are very clear about this in our interview process.

Q:

Where do you see Sullivan Dentistry in 5 years? 10 years?

A:

We have so many directions/opportunities for growth I don’t have an exact 5 or 10 year projection. However, within that time I do see our team growing significantly. We will add multiple doctors and many other team members along the way. We will be serving many more people in the future.
